Wii & Guitar Hero at Boston University FitRec

Fun gaming? - Got it

High Def? - Got it

Wii? - Way got it

Guitar Hero? - Ditto

Rock Band? - There

Whether you're a video-gaming ringer, you just want to try out the incredible Wii gaming, or find out just what is up with Guitar Hero, in High Definition Projection, you can do it all in the BU FitRec Center, on Saturday, March 1st. There will be numerous screens set up in the basketball court area -- teams, one on one, cheering sections, trashing talking, and prizes will all be there. Vitamin Energy beverage will be giving out free samples to keep you hydrated during those long Wii matches. For a five buck donation to the Healthy Promise Fund, you can stay and game as long as you like. This is the first annual BU Gaming Event -- it's also a great cause marketing event for Boston Medical Center's national charity, the Healthy Promise Fund.

If you want to be a part of the event, help out, or even have your team or club sponsor this great time, just leave you name and contact info in the comments section and we'll be in touch soon.

The fact that it benefits a great cause is just a bonus, because the BU Wii/Guitar Hero showdown is designed for BU students only to be able to come and have a great time.

Sounds pretty good - Hey, I'll try getting in touch with BMC, but are there any prizes or anything if I can recruit a whole slew of people?

A) Are only BU students eligible to participate and
B) do you need to have a gym membership?

Can BU faculty and staff also participate?
